Spanish Royal Decree on re-use: English informal translation available

The Spanish Royal Decree on re-use for the national public sector information has been published on 11th November 2011 (see this previous news for details).
Thanks to the Aporta Project, an informal translation of the Spanish Royal Decree on re-use in English is now available (here in PDF).
